- Top Up Scheme
- This scheme applies to the following types of Maybank Savings
Account:
- Maybank U OR U iB Savings Account
- Maybank Regular or Regular iB Savings Account (except iB
Savings Account with Wadiah contract)
- Maybank MAKSI or MAKSI iB Savings Account
- Maybank Woman One or Woman One iB Savings Account
- Maybank MyArafah Savings Account
- Maybank Payroll One iB Savings Account
- Maybank SuperKidz or SuperKidz iB Savings Account
(maximum tenor 12 months)
- Does not apply to joint account (OR/AND/QQ).
- The funds shall be blocked in accordance with the placement
amount and the program term scheme selected by Customer.
- Cancellation fee will be applied if funds are withdrawn before
blocked period terminated, upon customer request with any
reason including customer passed away.
- Installment Savings Scheme:
- Regular savings by opening Maybank MyPlan Plus/MyPlan Plus iB
Savings Account with source account is from Maybank Savings
Account, except:
- Maybank saving with joint account (OR/AND/QQ) included
Maybank SuperKidz Savings Account/SuperKidz iB Savings
Account QQ.
- Maybank Payroll/Payroll iB Savings Account for
Maybank/Maybank Group employee
- Customer will be charged of a penalty/ administration fee for
the cancellation program and administration fee for closing
before maturity in accordance with each selected product if:
- Customer request to break account before maturity.
- Failure to debit monthly installment, which occurs
within
3 (three) times which resulted in closing account
automatically by system. Therefore Customer should
ensure
sufficient funds with minimum of monthly installment
amount, in the source of funds account on debit date
chosen by Customer, to avoid automatic closing account.
- Closing account request by the inheritor/ failure the
event failure to debit monthly installment, which
occurs within 3 (three) times because Customer passed
away and/or for another conditions.
- Customer is eligible to join the program more than once.
- Interest rate/ indicative return rate in the Savings & Current Account will
follow the terms & conditions applied for each product.
- Terms & Conditions applied for this Program. Special request on color,
production year and/or size of the gifts will not be proceed further by Maybank
Indonesia.
- Gift will be delivered to Maybank branch that open the account used for this
program. The delivery time will be:
- Max. 30 working days for Non Vehicle and Non-Electronic gift,
- Max. 45 working days for Electronic gift.
- Max. 90 working days for Vehicle gift, in form of off-the-road
condition.
- Cash reward will be credited within 30 working days with the detail of :
- For Top up scheme, the gift will be given to account used for this
program
- For installment savings scheme, the gift will be given to source account
used for Maybank MyPlan Plus Savings Account.
- Especially for motor vehicle prizes, the procurement will be processed in
off-the-road conditions (excluding tax fees and official
administration fees such as Transfer of Motor Vehicle Title Fee, Motor Vehicle
Tax and other fees if any) and cost incurred for the above costs are the
responsibility of the Customer. The Bank does not promise or provide specific
provisions regarding the minimum mileage (kilometers) related to the prize,
adjusted to the standardization of the dealer which is considered normal at the
time the prize is given to the Customer.
- The gift will be received is after tax of 20%.
- For Customer who has passed away before the gift is delivered to our branch,
gift will be received by their inheritor, based on the condition applied.

- Maybank has the rights to replace the gift with other item with equivalent
value, in the case of discontinued products.
- Gifts received are third parties products. Customer can contact authorized
distributor of the products, if there is any complaints regarding the product.
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has right to cancel, postpone, extend or end this
program before; with variety of deleting or adding any terms and conditions by
making announcement based on regulation applied and will be informed in www.maybank.co.id.
