How to participate in the program:

2. Make a minimum initial deposit of IDR500,000 in Maybank Global Access U iB Savings Account.
3. After placing the funds, the Customer will directly receive an Indomaret shopping voucher worth IDR25,000 at the Maybank Syariah booth.

• Hajj and Umrah Partners working together are active and officially partnering with Maybank Indonesia. Partners operate in the field of Umrah and Special Hajj Pilgrimage Activities that have permits under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
• Customer agrees to be contacted by the Hajj & Umrah Partner to perform verification and offer Umrah packages.
• In case of complaints from Customers regarding Umrah services, Customers can directly contact the PIC (Person in Charge) of each travel partner, with the following details:

• If there is a change in the Umrah schedule from the Hajj & Umrah Partner where the Umrah schedule is outside the voucher validity period, the gift remains valid with the schedule choice closest to the voucher validity period.
• In the event of an increase in package prices, the difference will be borne by the Customer.
• Umrah package is not a product of Maybank Indonesia.
• Certainty of departure and service of Umrah pilgrimage travel is entirely the responsibility of the collaborating Hajj & Umrah Partner.
• Procurement and service of Umrah facilities is entirely the responsibility of the Hajj & Umrah Partner.
• Vouchers cannot be cashed out or transferred.

Customer has the opportunity to join this program more than 1 (one) time during the program period.

Customer will be charged an administrative fee for program cancellation according to the scheme chosen by Customer and an early account closing fee before maturity (1% of the latest balance or minimum Rp100,000), if:

• Customer closes account before the determined maturity date.
• Failed autodebit occurs on the source account 3 (three) times consecutive monthly installments, so the account will be closed automatically by the system.
• Customer must provide funds in the source account on each monthly debit date to avoid failed auto-debits.
• Customer's account is closed before maturity determined upon request of Heirs/failed debit 3 (three) times because Customer passed away and/or other purposes.

How to participate in the program

1. Customer fills out Maybank Current Account iB Opening Form during Muslim Fest 2026 event as a form of program participation.

3. Make an initial deposit of IDR50,000,000, at the latest by the end of the following month after the account is successfully opened
4. After placing funds, Customer will receive 1 (one) Maybank Merchandise item consisting of a tumbler and diffuser, within a maximum 30 working days after being declared successful in placing funds. Quota applies to the first Customers who perform transactions according to valid terms.

Each Customer can only participate in the program 1 (one) time and the program is not applicable for multiples. Customer will continue to get savings yield according to valid yield provisions.

2. Commission Calculation:
   Amount of commission is based on the average balance of referred Customers for 1 (one) month since account opening, with the following provisions:

   Average Balance	Commission Value
   Min. IDR10 million	IDR200,000
   Min. IDR30 million	IDR300,000
   Min. IDR100 million	IDR500,000
   Min. IDR500 million	IDR1 million

   Commission applies in multiples per referred Customer during the program period.
   Examples:
   Customer A refers 5 colleagues to open Maybank iB Current Account and referred colleagues have 1-month average balance min. IDR10 million. Means Customer A will receive commission worth IDR1 million (5 x IDR200,000).
   Customer B refers 10 colleagues to open Maybank iB Current Account and referred colleagues have 1-month average balance min. IDR500 million. Means Customer B will receive commission worth IDR10 million (10 x IDR1 million).
3. Additional Commission
   If referrer refers minimum 3 eligible new Customers, at the end of the program period they will receive additional commission of IDR300,000.
   This additional referral fee reward is not applicable for multiples
   Example:
   Customer A refers 5 colleagues to open Maybank iB Current Account and referred colleagues have 1-month average balance min. IDR10 million. Means Customer A will receive commission of IDR1 million (5 x IDR200,000). Customer will also receive additional referral fee at the end of the program period for having referred min. 3 eligible new Customers worth IDR300,000 (calculated from first 3 referred Customers).
4. Terms of Commission Disbursement to Referrer:
   
   • Commission will be credited to Maybank Savings Account/Maybank iB Current Account of referrer max 30 working days after fulfilling commission terms for each referral.
   • Additional commission will be credited at the latest on 31 March 2027. If falling on a holiday, credited on next business day.
   • Commission value is nett and tax is borne by Maybank Indonesia.
   • Commission comes from Bank funds and is not part of Customer profit share.
   • This referral provision uses Akad Ju'alah. Akad Ju'alah is a promise/commitment (Iltizam) to provide specific reward (iwadh/ju'l) upon achievement of specified work result (natijah). PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk acts as Ja'il (promising party to provide specific reward upon achievement of work result) and the referrer acts as Maj'ullah (party performing Ju'alah).
5. Commission value is nett and tax is borne by Maybank Indonesia.
6. Commission comes from Bank funds and is not part of Customer profit share.
7. This referral provision uses Akad Ju'alah. Akad Ju'alah is a promise/commitment (Iltizam) to provide specific reward (iwadh/ju'l) upon achievement of specified work result (natijah). PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk acts as Ja'il (promising party to provide specific reward upon achievement of work result) and the referrer acts as Majullah (party performing Ju'alah)

• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete, or add to any terms and conditions at its absolute discretion with notification in accordance with applicable regulations.
