Mastercard® Travel Pass

An application provided by Mastercard® to assist Maybank World Premier Debit Cardholders in locating and obtaining access codes for airport lounge usage, airport transfers, and promotions at participating shops/restaurants.

Download the app via the App Store or Google Play Store, then register your Maybank World Premier Debit Card using the following steps to start using the service:

Open the Travel Pass by Mastercard® app, then select "Sign Up". The screen shown above will appear for you to enter your Maybank World Premier Debit Card information.

After selecting "Continue", the next screen will appear for you to enter your personal details.

After selecting "Continue", the next screen will appear for you to create a password.

After selecting "Continue", if successful, the notification screen shown above will appear.

If the Customer has previously registered and has an account on the Mastercard® Travel Pass app using a Mastercard World® card from another bank, re-registration is not required. Customers only need to add or register their Maybank World Premier Debit Card in the Mastercard® Travel Pass app by following these steps:

Select the “Membership” menu
Select “View Membership”
Select “Add Member”
Enter the number of your Maybank World Premier Debit Card, then select “Add” to register the card. When making a transaction, the Customer can choose the registered Maybank World Premier Debit Card within the Mastercard® Travel Pass app.

Facilities provided to Maybank World Premier Debit Cardholders to enjoy executive airport lounge services at all airports worldwide listed in the Mastercard® Travel Pass application, subject to terms and conditions applicable by Mastercard.The facilities that can be enjoyed are as follows:
- Access to more than 1,330 lounges in over 400 airports across the world (>120 countries), regardless of frequent flyer membership or ticket class.
- Free Dragon Pass membership.
- Airport lounge access fee for Maybank World Premier Debit Cardholders USD 32 per person per access.
- An access fee of USD 32 per person per access also applies if the Maybank World Premier Debit Cardholder brings an additional guest.
Airport transfer by Dragon Pass
Facilities provided to Maybank World Premier Debit Cardholders for exclusive transportation services for airport pick-up and drop-off to/from the specified location. Users can book this service through the Mastercard® Travel Pass application at special rates based on usage (time, vehicle type, distance, and location), subject to terms and conditions applicable by Mastercard®.
Special promotions at airport merchants/restaurants
This program is provided to Maybank World Premier Debit Cardholders to enjoy promotions available at merchants/restaurants located in airports worldwide listed in the Mastercard® Travel Pass application. Cardholders are required to make a reservation in advance according to the available quota in the Mastercard® Travel Pass application and are subject to the terms and conditions applicable by Mastercard®.

Penggunaan Mastercard® Travel Pass

Visit the Mastercard® Travel Pass application on the Apple Store or Play Store.
Sign in using the account registered in the Mastercard® Travel Pass app to obtain the access code for airport lounges, enjoy airport transfer services by Dragon Pass, and access various exclusive promotions at airport merchants or restaurants.
Maybank World Premier Debit Cardholders can also view available benefits, visit history, other promo codes, and a variety of other exclusive offers.
Simply present your barcode at participating lounges, merchants, or restaurants to enjoy the benefits of your Maybank World Premier Debit

After logging in and signing in to the Mastercard® application, Customers can make a booking by selecting the icons available in the application. For example, if a customer wants to book the airport lounge facility, they can select the icon with a sofa image.

Then, information about the airport lounges available to Customers will appear.

Customers can make a booking for airport lounge access by following the steps provided in the Travel Pass by Mastercard® application.

Use of the airport lounge through the Travel Pass by Mastercard application will be charged at USD32 per person per access.

After selecting "Continue", if successful, a barcode will appear as shown above. Show this barcode when accessing the previously registered airport lounge.

The facilities/programs available in the Mastercard® Travel Pass application are subject to the terms and conditions of Mastercard® policies. Maybank World Premier Debit Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to participation and/or cancellation of participation in this program.
