Maybank TREATS Informations

Maybank TREATS is only calculated from the value of retail shopping transactions or installments both offline (at EDC machines) and online.
Types of Maybank Credit Cards that get Maybank TREATS are all Maybank Credit Cards except Maybank Gold Visa/Mastercard® Credit Cards and Maybank Corporate Credit Cards.
Transactions not eligible for Maybank TREATS:
1. Maybank XBill PLN, Telkom and other fees.
2. Maybank XCash and Balance Conversion.
3. Transaction QR with Maybank Credit Card funds.
4. Payment transactions, both online and offline, including the following categories: online taxes, customs, immigration fees, BPJS, or other transactions included in Merchant Category Code (MCC) 9311 (tax), and 9399 (government services).
5. Payment transactions, both online and offline, including the following categories: electricity, drinking water, or other transactions included in Merchant Category Code (MCC) 4900 (utilities) , with a transaction value above IDR10,000,000 per card.

Maybank TREATS will be credited to the Maybank Credit Card on the billing statement date.
Bonus TREATS will be credited to the Maybank Credit Card and can be viewed on the next billing statement.
Maybank TREATS on Maybank Credit Cards with an outstanding balance exceeding 90 days (including those that are written off or canceled) will be forfeited.

Terms & Conditions

Maybank TREATS exchanges can be made if your Maybank Credit Card is active, not blocked, there is no usage that exceeds the credit limit and there are no late payments.
Maybank TREATS cannot be transferred to other Maybank Credit Cardholders, nor can they be transferred to other parties, including heirs of Maybank Credit Cardholders.
Maybank TREATS on one card cannot be transferred to another card, except for renewal cards and replacement cards of the same card type, Effective 1 February 2025. there will be an adjustment to the validity period of Maybank TREATS to 1 (one) year from the time Maybank TREATS is obtained. Maybank TREATS obtained before 1 February 2025 will be valid until 1 February 2026.
Maybank TREATS will be considered lost if the Maybank Credit Card is canceled/closed by the Maybank Credit Cardholder.
Maybank TREATS can be exchanged according to the minimum amount required for each exchange. Exchange will be canceled automatically if the amount of Maybank TREATS is insufficient.
In the event of a transaction forgery or anything that according to Maybank Indonesia does not meet the Maybank TREATS calculation requirements, the amount of Maybank TREATS that has been collected by the Maybank Credit Card Holder will be reduced by the amount of Maybank TREATS for the transaction that does not meet the requirements. Furthermore, if after an investigation is carried out , it turns out that the transaction is valid, then Maybank will add the Maybank TREATS obtained based on the transaction to the next calculation.
Maybank has the right to temporarily or appropriately postpone and cancel the calculation of Maybank TREATS if the Maybank Credit Card Holder violates the terms of use on the Maybank Credit Card.
Unless otherwise stated, Maybank TREATS provided by Maybank Indonesia can only be used for Maybank TREATS programs held by Maybank in Indonesia.
Maybank from time to time at its own discretion, has the right to review the participation of Maybank Credit Cardholders in Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog. In this case, if Maybank Indonesia decides that the Maybank Credit Cardholder cannot participate in the Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog, then Maybank will notify the Maybank Credit Card Holder through the official Maybank website.
Maybank TREATS exchange that has been received and processed by Maybank Indonesia cannot be exchanged and/or canceled for any reason.
Items in the Maybank TREATS e-Catalog that have been selected cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Replacement of items due to defects or damage can only be served within 3 (three) calendar days after the item is received. After the specified period, the replacement request cannot be served.
The ordered item is sent by courier according to the shipping address listed in the Maybank Indonesia system.
Maybank does not provide any guarantee or warranty to Maybank Credit Cardholders regarding the specifications and conditions contained in the Maybank TREATS e-Catalog. The specifications listed in the Maybank TREATS e- The catalog is provided based on the explanation received by Maybank Indonesia from the goods supplier company.
Requests for Maybank TREATS redemption will be processed in the order in which they are received and depend on the availability of goods and Maybank Indonesia's ability to fulfill the Maybank Credit Cardholder's request.
Inventory items listed in Maybank TREATS e-Catalog are valid according to a specified period of time.
Maybank Credit Cardholders or the authorized recipient of the prize shall signed the form and receipt of goods by stating the name clearly, signature, identity card number and date of receipt.
Maybank Credit Cardholders or authorized gift recipients must refuse items sent if their names and addresses do not match those intended or return them to Maybank Indonesia or the nearest Maybank branch.
Terms and conditions of others regarding Maybank TREATS is an integral part of the Terms of Public Issuance and Use of Maybank Credit Cards. Maybank Indonesia has the right to change, delete and or add terms and conditions at any time according to its conduct, without prior notice to Maybank Credit Cardholders.
Maybank Indonesia is not responsible if things happen outside of Maybank's power (force majeure) but not limited to natural disasters, demonstrations, wars which cause equipment damage, changes in governmental practices which have a major influence on the implementation of Maybank TREATS e-Catalog.
WORKING DAY is a day on which Maybank Indonesia's operations operate with reference to the provisions of the Government or Bank Indonesia.
MAJEURE FORCE is any event or event outside of human power, including but not limited to government policies in the monetary, political, military, war, riot, natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, which results in the inability to implement the terms and conditions of this program.
Maybank Indonesia has made every effort to enter data and information contained in brochures and other forms of communication. We are not responsible in any form in connection with data inaccuracies, misrepresentations, print errors or inaccurate information contained therein.
At its sole discretion, Maybank Indonesia has the right to suspend or terminate Maybank TREATS and related programs through written notification to Maybank Credit Cardholders.
Hereby Article 1266 of the Civil Procedure Code in force in the Republic of Indonesia is set aside and Maybank Indonesia does not require a decision from the Indonesian Court to terminate Maybank TREATS and related programs at any time.
Maybank Credit Cardholders who enter delinquent status/do not make payments for 90 days, the Maybank TREATS balance will be forfeited. If the customer has made the payment in the future, the Treats that have been burned cannot be credited again.

Every Maybank TREATS redemption made by Maybank Credit Cardholders will be subject to a fee for Maybank TREATS redemption. The fees for Maybank TREATS redemption are as follows:

Information:
The fee for Maybank TREATS redemption is charged every time a Maybank Credit Cardholders redeem Maybank TREATS and per type of item/product redeem.

The crediting of the welcome bonus for Maybank Credit Card, Shell cashback for BMW/MINI Maybank Credit Card, and extra Maybank TREATS Manchester United’s winning day in the English Premier League for the Maybank Manchester United Credit Card will be processed for Customers who meet the terms and conditions of the program no later than one (1) month after the end of each respective program period.
Any complaints related to Maybank Credit Cards may be submitted through Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +6221 78869811 (from overseas), or via email to customercare@maybank.co.id, no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the end of the program period. Maybank reserves the right to reject any complaint submitted beyond this period.

Terms and conditions of Blibli e-vouchers:
1. Blibli e-vouchers can be used to purchase all products on the Blibli website/application except for precious metal products, Blibli Gift Cards and/or digital products, cigarettes, matches, and infant formula milk under 1 year old.
2. Blibli e-vouchers can only be used on the Blibli website/application.
3. Blibli e-vouchers can be used with a minimum transaction on the Blibli website/application of the Blibli e-voucher value plus IDR 10,000,- and payment is made with a Maybank Credit Card.
4. Blibli e-vouchers are valid for 6 (six) months from the time the Blibli e-voucher code is sent via email by Blibli
5. Blibli e-vouchers will only deduct the product value and are outside or do not include shipping costs, insurance or other costs. These costs are borne entirely by the Blibli e-voucher user.
6. Blibli e-vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions that are currently running.
7. Blibli e-vouchers can only be used for 1 (one) transaction and will immediately deduct the value of the Blibli e-voucher.
8. Blibli e-vouchers are non-refundable and non-refundable.
9. Blibli e-vouchers can be transferred by the recipient of the Blibli e-voucher as long as the payment is made using a Maybank Credit Card.
10. Every transaction made on the Blibli site/application, including the use of Blibli e-vouchers, must follow the applicable terms and conditions.

Other e-voucher terms and conditions:
1. The e-voucher code will be sent via email with the sender from each partner a maximum of 5 working days after the exchange.
2. The e-voucher code will be sent via email to the Maybank Credit Cardholders email address registered with Maybank.
3. The e-voucher delivery process takes a maximum of 5 working days.
4. Maybank Credit Cardholders receive an email containing a link, PIN and validity period of the e-voucher.
5. E-voucher exchange can only be done during the validity period of the e-voucher is still active.
6. To exchange an e-voucher, click the link then enter the 6-digit PIN.
7. Press the "Redeem" button to exchange the e-voucher directly at the related merchant/store.
8. E-voucher exchange can only be done by the Cashier.

The redemption of Maybank TREATS Points into airline miles is carried out according to each airlines respective schedule, as follows:

If an exchange request is received from the Customer after after 1:00 PM (WIB) on the airline’s scheduled day as listed in the table above (working day), it will be processed to the airline on the next scheduled (working) day.
The airline reserves the right to reject the mileage redemption request if the Member Number and Name do not match. Please ensure that the Member Number and Name are consistent with the airline’s records to avoid rejection.
The airline miles will be credited to the Maybank Credit Cardholder mileage account within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of request, provided there is no rejection from the airlines.
