• Cashback does not apply to customers who receive certain scholarship programs. Information about scholarship programs that cannot be given cashback will be conveyed directly to customers during the consultation process with Edlink+ConneX consultants.
• Cashback does not apply to short-term study programs, namely those that are less than 1 year or language course programs.
• Cashback will be given if the customer has made payment to the university and the student visa has been secured.
• Cashback will be credited to the customer's Maybank Savings Account/iB Savings Account no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the customer comes to the Edlink+ConneX branch to fill out the claim form received by Edlink+ConneX.
