Document Safe Keeping Fee

If collateral documents is not retrieved within 1 month after paid off, Customer will be charged document safe keeping fee IDR10,000/ calendar day with maximum IDR300,000 per month.

Early Paid Off Mechanism

1. Partial and full paid off can be done from 2^nd until 15^th at working day every month.
2. For payment settlement confirmation, please contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +622178869811 (from overseas).
3. Customer has to fill in the early paid off form and sign it on stamp. The form should be sent by email to customercare@maybank.co.id no later than the 5th every month (or the nearest preceding business day if the 5th falls on a holiday or a day the Bank is closed). If the request is received after the 5th, it will be processed in the following month. The original form must be received at least when time of collection original guaranteed document.
4. Bank will process the request by contacting and informing the Debtor via telephone number and/or email address registered at Bank or stated at request form. The repayment process will be carried out by Bank staff within a maximum of 10 (ten) business days after the Bank receives the complete application documents.
5. The early paid-off funds must be available in Customer’s account no later than H-1 working day from paid off date. For takeover, the early paid-off funds must be available in Customer’s account no later than 12:00 PM on the repayment date.
