Document Safe keeping Fee

If collateral documents is not retrieved within 1 month after paid off, Customer will be charged document safe keeping fee IDR10,000/calendar day with maximum IDR300,000 per month.

Property Financing iB Early Paid Off Mechanism

1. Partial and full paid off can be done from 2nd until 15th at working day every month.
   
2. Customer has to contact Customer Care on phone number 69811 (via mobile phone) to inform about early paid off.
   
3. Customer has to fill in the early paid off form and sign it on stamp. The form should be sent by email to KPR-AccountMaintenance2@maybank.co.id at least H-10 working days from the date of paid off. The original form must be received at least when time of collection original guaranteed document.
   
4. The early paid-off fund should be in Customer's account no later than the H-1 working day from paid off date.
5. For full paid off, collateral documents can be retrieved H+5 working day after paid off date. The Customer and the collateral owner should come with the original ID card.
