Document Safe keeping Fee

If collateral documents is not retrieved within 1 month after paid off, Customer will be charged document safe keeping fee IDR10,000/calendar day with maximum IDR300,000 per month.

Property Financing iB Early Paid Off Mechanism

1. Partial or full settlement can be made between the 2nd and 15th of each month on working days. 
2. For settlement confirmation, please contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +62 21 78869811 (from overseas). 
3. Customers are required to complete and sign the settlement form with a duty stamp. The form must be submitted via email to customercare@maybank.co.id no later than 10 working days prior to the settlement date. The original form must be received at the latest upon collection of the original collateral documents. 
4. Settlement funds must be available in the debiting account no later than 1 working day before the settlement date. 
5. For full settlement, original collateral documents can be collected 10 working days after the settlement date. The customer and the collateral owner must be present together and bring their original ID cards.
