Maybank Global Access ATM/Debit Card

Enjoy the convenience of international transactions abroad with a free currency conversion feature to support your activities, such as shopping transactions and ATM cash withdrawals anywhere overseas, which will automatically debit the foreign currency balance from your Maybank Global Access Savings Account according to the country where you make the transaction. Available foreign currencies are USD, SGD, AUD, GBP, EUR, JPY, CAD, HKD, NZD, CNY, CHF, MYR and SAR. This feature is available to Customers who opened a Maybank Global Access/Global Access iB Savings Account until 28 June 2026. 
 
For Maybank Global Access/Global Access iB Savings Accounts opened starting 29 June 2026, the free conversion feature is not yet available. We will provide updates on the official Maybank Indonesia website once this feature becomes available. For more details Click here

Several things to note when using Maybank Global Access Savings Account:

• Make sure you request and activate your Maybank Global Access ATM/Debit Card via M2U ID App after opening a savings account.

• Link your Maybank ATM/Debit Card with Maybank Global Access/Global Access iB Savings Account via M2U ID to enjoy free currency conversion feature for international transactions. This applies only to Customers who opened a Maybank Global Access Savings Account until 28 June 2026.

• Ensure you have sufficient foreign currency account balances to avoid failed transactions. If your foreign currency account balance is insufficient, your transaction will fail.
• Transactions in foreign currencies other than the available foreign currencies will debit your primary IDR account and be subject to exchange rate conversion. Therefore, ensure the primary account linked to your Maybank Global Access ATM/Debit Card is an IDR account. If your Maybank Global Access ATM/Debit Card is linked to two IDR accounts from other savings products, the transaction will debit the primary IDR account.
