Applicable for Maybank Premier customers with a minimum average Total Relationship Balance of IDR20 billion for the last 3 months.
Travel protection coverage period is 7–10 calendar days.
How to enjoy Travel Insurance 360 benefits by eTiQa:
1.Contact your Relationship Manager (RM) to make a reservation at least D-7 working days before the planned travel date.
2.The RM will verify the customer’s request. If the customer meets the applicable requirements, the RM will provide a unique code.
3.Customers can then access the eTiQa website to apply for the insurance policy using the unique code provided by the RM.

The policy covers an individual customer.
The issuance process for Travel Insurance 360 by eTiQa policies is available on working days (weekdays) from 08:00–16:00 WIB. If the policy issuance request is submitted during holidays or outside operational hours, the request will be processed by Etiqa on the next working day.
