General Terms and Conditions for First-Class Experience Services:

The package is valid year-round (January - December).
Facilities are available to Maybank Premier Debit/ATM Cardholders (if the account is joint, the facility is available to the primary name listed on the Maybank Premier Debit/ATM Card).
The use of airport lounge facilities can be enjoyed by Maybank Premier Customers who have Maybank credit cards.
Facilities are non-transferable.
First-class experience services are available up to 2x/month.
Eligibility is based on an average managed fund balance over the last 3 months, with a minimum of IDR 500 million per month.
Monthly quota renews on the 15th of each quarter.
Reservations must be made through your Relationship Manager at least three working days in advance.
The use of medical checkup facilities can be enjoyed if the total managed funds in investment products, insurance, mutual funds, stocks and bonds min. IDR50 million.
Facilities are subject to change with prior notice.
