Requests for a Maybank ATM/Debit Card can be made via the M2U ID App or at a Maybank branch office at no charge. However, Customers must ensure a minimum account balance of IDR 100,000.
This card request service only applies to accounts that have never previously had a Maybank ATM/Debit Card. After submitting the card request, please promptly activate your Maybank ATM/Debit Card.

Choose Card Management |

Select (+) on the bottom corner of the screen |

Select an account for card issuance (only accounts without an existing debit card). |

Select Delivery ATM/Debit Card |
|
Select card type. For Maybank Global Access Savings ATM/Debit card requests, proceed directly to Step 8
|

Check your shipping address. If it is correct, select Next
|

Read the information, then select ‘I Agree’ to proceed
|
