Guaranteed Low Exchange Rate

Enjoy a guaranteed low exchange rate for both traveling and online shopping with foreign currency. Maybank will compensate 3x of exchange rate difference, should there is a lower rate.

If there is a lower foreign exchange rate, please submit claim using below steps for foreign exchange differences compensation:

• Maybank White Cardholders who wish to submit a claim on foreign exchange differences may contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611.
• Maximum foreign exchange claim is 30 (thirty) days after the transaction is made.
• Attach proof of other bank billing statement which inform lower exchange rate compared to Maybank in the email and sent to customercare@maybank.co.id with email subject Exchange Rate Claim.    
  
• Comparison of transaction using credit card from other bank must be made on the same day with transaction is made using Maybank White Card.
  
• Should the results of the investigation prove that other bank provide lower exchange rates, the differences will be credited in form of cashback to your Maybank White Card.
• When crediting the cashback, Maybank Credit Card must be active, no block, no over limit, and no late payment.

0% up to 12 Months Installment

Convert your transaction into 0% for 3, 6, or 12 months installment for transaction in hotel, airlines, travel agent, and overseas transaction at EDC.

Conversion mechanism is as follows:

• Maybank White Cardholders who wish to submit a transaction converted into 0% installment must contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or by email to customercare@maybank.co.id with email subject 0% Installment.
• Transactions that can be converted into 0% installment are transaction in hotel, airlines, travel agent, and overseas transactions at EDC machine.
• Minimum transactions in 1 receipt (not apply for combined transactions) are as follows:

• The deadline of converting into installment program is 5 days before your next Maybank White Card due date. Example, Maybank White Cardholders have a billing statement cycle date every 4^th, then:

• Transaction converted into 0% installment will be charged conversion fee of IDR20,000 per transaction.
• Maybank White Card must be active, no delinquent, no over limit, suspended, cancelled or violating the terms and conditions and/or agreement of the Cardholder.
• Should Maybank White Cardholder makes the early termination for the installment, it will be charged a penalty fee of IDR300,000 per transaction.
