Legal Basis of Appointment

Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid currently serves as Commissioner of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (the Company) based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting Shareholders (AGMS) on March 25, 2022 and has effectively served since July 6, 2022. He was reappointed as Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution of the AGMS on April 11, 2025.

He was appointed as President Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution on the AGMS on April 17, 2026 and is currently awaiting approval from the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK), with a term of office until the closing of the Company’s AGMS to be held in 2029.

Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid shall continue to perform his duties and exercise his authority as Commissioner of the Company until approval from OJK for his appointment as President Commissioner of the Company is obtained.
