About Jaringan IDN

Jaringan IDN is a digital platform licensed by Bank Indonesia that provides a centralized education payment system for educational institutions. The platform is designed to help manage financial transactions in a more structured, integrated, and efficient manner within a single system.
Jaringan IDN supports various digital management needs of educational institutions, including:

Specifically designed to support the management needs of educational institutions, enabling reports to serve as a foundation for evaluation, budgeting, and enhanced institutional transparency.
3	Digital Data	Manage data for students, teachers, education staff, and administrative records within a single integrated system. Deliver a single source of truth that is secure, practical, and can be used for both reporting and decision-making purposes

Parents and students can view the academic calendar in real time through the student app, ensuring that no schedule information is missed. All schedules are automatically synchronized and neatly stored, making it easier for institutions to plan and helping parents prepare their children’s needs according to the schedule.

*Maintenance fee is a fee charged for the use and maintenance of the Jaringan IDN system. The fee may be paid by the Customer through one of the following methods:

The fee will be automatically debited from the registered Maybank Current Account iB based on the amount stated in the report/dashboard on Jaringan IDN at the end of each month.
The fee may be paid directly by the Educational Institution based on the invoice provided by Jaringan IDN to the Jaringan IDN account number stated in the invoice.

Terms and Condition :

The program is applicable to Customers who do not yet have a Maybank Giro Bisnis iB.
How to participate in the program:
1. The Customer opens a Maybank Giro Bisnis iB at the nearest Maybank branch and signs the Program Registration Form.

2. Place funds amounting to IDR25 million in a Maybank Giro Bisnis iB
Valid for the first 50 educational institutions that meet the program’s terms and conditions.
The activation fee will be charged only once at the beginning after the funds have been successfully placed. Subscription fees and other additional charges will still apply in accordance with Jaringan IDN terms and conditions.
Customers are required to place fresh funds in a Maybank Giro Bisnis iB, and the funds will be blocked for a certain period of time.
Definition of fresh funds is as follows:
1. New funds in the form of cash deposits and not transfers from another Maybank account.
2. New funds received as incoming transfers from other banks.
Customers will still receive a savings return rate in accordance with the applicable rate of return terms and conditions.
The rewards provided are in net value, after a 20% tax deduction.
Jaringan IDN service provided is a third-party product; therefore, any complaints related to the product should be directed to the service provider.
The special offer of a free application activation fee is funded by the Bank and does not form part of the customer’s profit-sharing.
All data, information, and/or documents provided by the Customer to the Bank for registration purposes are true, accurate, and up to date, and where provided in copy form, are true copies of the originals. In the event of any changes to such data and/or documents, the Customer shall notify the Bank of such changes in writing and/or verbally, accompanied by the relevant supporting data/documents. If any data, information, and/or documents provided by the Customer are inaccurate or untrue, the Bank shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the provision of such data, information, and/or documents.
If any data, information, and/or documents belonging to a third party are provided or submitted by the Customer to the Bank, the Customer represents and warrants that they have lawfully obtained the necessary consent from such third party to provide the data, information, and/or documents to the Bank for use during the period required in connection with the intended purpose. The Bank shall retain such third-party data, information, and/or documents in accordance with the data security standards applicable to the Bank.
The Customer agrees and authorizes the Bank to share, use, process, disclose, and/or verify information with third parties that cooperate with or are appointed by the Bank in relation to the marketing of non-banking products/services under the Beyond Banking Program. This includes all data, details, information, and documents received by the Bank regarding the Customer, including but not limited to personal data, transaction status, collectability status, company name, industry sector, and annual turnover. The Customer acknowledges that they have understood the purpose and consequences of providing such data as explained by the Bank.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk and Jaringan IDN reserve the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time, as well as to amend, remove, or add any of these Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion by providing notice in accordance with the applicable regulations. Any such changes will be announced on the official Maybank Indonesia website www.maybank.co.id
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk and Jaringan IDN reserve the right, at any time and at their sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer who is proven or reasonably suspected to have committed fraud, violated any applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaged in any other intentional manipulation in connection with the implementation of this program.
