     Opening a Maybank MyPlan Plus/MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account requires a linked Maybank Savings Account (conventional or iB), excluding accounts held under joint ownership (OR/AND/QQ).

• Upon successfully completing the program, Customer will receive a reward in accordance with the following terms:
  1. Reward consists of an Umrah discount voucher valued at IDR2,5 million
     1. Immediately at the event after the Customer has successfully participated in the program during the event period.
     2. Umrah discount voucher is valid for one Umrah package only.
     3. Umrah discount voucher can be redeemed through selected Hajj and Umrah partners: Khazzanah Tour & Travel, Iskandaria Tour & Travel, Khalifa Asia Tour & Travel, Dwins Tour & Travel, and SS Tour & Travel.
     4. To redeem the Umrah discount voucher, please contact the Person in Charge (PIC) at the respective travel agency. The voucher must be redeemed no later than 28 February 2027. The contact details for the travel agencies' PICs are as follows:

     5. Should a Customer have any complaints regarding Umrah services, they may contact the designated Hajj & Umrah Partner representative (PIC) directly, as per the information provided above.
     6. Umrah discount vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other type of reward.
     7. Hajj & Umrah partners collaborating with Maybank Indonesia are active, officially recognized partners. These partners operate as travel agencies for Umrah and special Hajj pilgrimages and are duly licensed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
     8. Umrah packages are not products of Maybank Indonesia.
     9. The guarantee of departure and the provision of Umrah pilgrimage travel services are the sole responsibility of the respective Hajj & Umrah partner.
     10. The arrangement and delivery of Umrah-related facilities are the sole responsibility of the Hajj & Umrah partner.
     11. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another party.
  2. Cash reward:
     1. Cash reward provided is a net amount, already subject to a 20% tax deduction. It will be processed once the account has been successfully opened and will be credited to the account used for program participation within a maximum of 30 business days following the FIN Expo 2026 event.
     2. Cash reward is funded by the Bank and does not constitute a portion of the customer’s profit-sharing (bagi hasil).
  3. MAP voucher worth IDR100,000:
     1. MAP voucher will be provided directly by Maybank staff during the FIN Expo 2026 event.
• Customers will be charged a penalty/administrative fee for program cancellation—based on the selected scheme—as well as an account closure fee for closing the account before its maturity date (1% of the final account balance or a minimum of IDR 100,000) if:
  1. Customer closes the account before the predetermined maturity date.
  2. Three (3) consecutive monthly debit failures occur on the source account, resulting in the account being automatically closed by the system. To avoid debit failures, Customers must ensure that sufficient funds are available in the source account each month on the chosen debit date, covering the required monthly deposit amount.
  3. Account is closed before the predetermined maturity date whether at the request of an heir, due to three (3) consecutive debit failures following the account holder's passing, or for any other reason.
• Customers will continue to earn interest/yield on their Maybank Savings Account/iB Savings account, in accordance with the applicable interest/yield rates.
• Any matters not addressed above shall be governed by the general terms and conditions applicable to Maybank GIFT via M2U ID App.
• Customers will continue to earn interest/yield on their Maybank Savings Account/iB Savings account, in accordance with the applicable interest/yield rates.
• Other rewards are available, such as cash rewards of up to IDR100 million or other prizes that can be delivered directly to your address.
