        Customer 1 Scheme Explanation

• On Wednesday, 2 July 2025, Customer 1 made a menu purchase at merchant A using a Maybank Privilege Debit Card / Maybank Debit Card → eligible.
• On Wednesday, 9 July 2025, Customer 1 made another transaction at merchant A using a Maybank Privilege Debit Card / Maybank Debit Card → not eligible.
  
  The customer will be charged an additional fee equal to the difference between the normal price and the promo price at the time of the transaction. This fee will be debited from the customer’s Maybank Savings/Savings iB  account no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the program period ends, as repeated transactions at the same merchant are not eligible during the program period.
  
  Customer 2 Scheme Explanation

• On Wednesday, 2 July 2025, Customer 2 made a purchase at merchant A using a Maybank Privilege Debit Card / Maybank Debit Card → eligible.
• On Wednesday, 9 July 2025, Customer 2 made a purchase at merchant B using a Maybank Privilege Debit Card / Maybank Debit Card → eligible.
  

  As there were no repeated transactions at the same merchant, the customer will not be charged any additional fees as explained in the Customer 1 scheme.

  Customer 3 Scheme Explanation
  
  
• On Wednesday, 2 July 2025, Customer 3 made a purchase at merchant A using a Maybank Privilege Debit Card / Maybank Debit Card → eligible.
• On Wednesday, 9 July 2025, Customer 3 made a purchase at merchant B using a Maybank Privilege Debit Card / Maybank Debit Card → eligible.
• On Wednesday, 16 July 2025, Customer 3 made another transaction at merchant A using a Maybank Privilege Debit Card / Maybank Debit Card → not eligible.
  

  Since a repeated transaction was made at the same merchant, the customer will be charged an additional fee equal to the difference between the normal price and the promo price at the time of the transaction. This fee will be debited from the customer’s Maybank Privilege Debit Card / Maybank Debit Card account no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the program period ends.
