• This Program is valid only for Customers who receive the Program information via email or WhatsApp sent to the mobile phone number registered in Maybank's system.
• The Referrer must be an existing Maybank Customer holding a Maybank Savings Account/iB Savings Account in Indonesian Rupiah and must also have a Maybank RDN/RDN iB Savings Account for the crediting of the cash reward.

• The Referrer is responsible for ensuring that the referred Prospective Customer has never previously been a Maybank Customer and does not currently hold any Maybank products.
• The Referrer must not refer a Prospective Customer whose residential address, as stated on their National Identity Card (KTP), is the same as that of the Referrer.
• A cash reward will be granted to the Referrer for each successful referral of an eligible family member or friend who opens a Maybank Savings Account/iB Savings Account, subject to a maximum total cash reward of IDR7,500,000. The cash reward will be credited to the Referrer's Maybank RDN/RDN iB Savings Account. The detailed terms are as follows:

• The Prospective Customer must complete the following steps:
  1. Download the M2U ID application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, then open a Maybank Savings Account or Maybank iB Savings Account.

  2. Complete the account opening application form and enter the Referral Code in the following format: [MSID + Maybank RDN Account Number]. The account number included in the Referral Code must be the Referrer's Maybank RDN account number.

• The Referrer may refer a Prospective Customer to a banking service that is different from the service currently held by the Referrer.
• The cash reward will be credited in Indonesian Rupiah to the Referrer's Maybank RDN/RDN iB Savings Account, provided that the account is active, not dormant, and maintains a positive balance (i.e. not a zero-balance account). The cash reward will be credited within a maximum of two (2) months after the referred Prospective Customer has fulfilled all applicable Program Terms and Conditions.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this Program at any time prior to its scheduled end date, and to amend, remove, or add any of these Terms and Conditions by providing prior notice in accordance with the applicable regulations. Any such changes will be announced on www.maybank.co.id.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer who is proven or reasonably suspected of committing fraud, violating any applicable laws or regulations, and/or engaging in any other deliberate manipulation in connection with the implementation of this Program.
