• Valid for Customers who receive information about this program via push notification, email, and official WhatsApp messages from Maybank.
• Customers must maintain a minimum average monthly balance of IDR1,000,000 to be eligible for the cash reward. The average monthly balance will be calculated based on the total balance across all Maybank Savings/Savings iB* accounts owned by Customer.
  
• Customers are required to maintain a minimum monthly average balance of IDR 1 million in their Maybank Savings/IB Savings account throughout the program period
• The terms & conditions to be eligible for the cash reward and bonus cash reward are as follows:
  
  1. Cash Reward
     • Customers are required to make a minimum of 3 financial transactions via M2U ID App/Web, with a minimum transaction value of IDR50,000 per transaction each month, based on the transaction types listed below:

     • The Cash reward quota is allocated in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

     • The Cash Reward will be awarded to Customers who are among the first to fulfill the applicable terms and conditions, subject to the available monthly quota.
     • Customers are eligible to receive a maximum of 1 (one) Cash reward per month during the program period.
     • The Cash reward will be credited to the customers active Maybank Savings/IB Savings account used as the source of funds for the transaction, no later than the 4th week of the following month after the program period ends.
  2. Bonus Cash Reward
     
     • The bonus cash reward is available to the first 3,000 Customers who fulfill the minimum requirement of 3 transactions in Decemer 2026, in accordance with the applicable Cash Reward terms and conditions, and Customers must make at least 1 (one) eligible investment product purchase with a minimum transaction value of IDR5,000,000 during the program period
     • The Terms and conditions for the bonus cash reward are as follows:

  • PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to disqualify Customers proven or suspected of fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or deliberate manipulation in relation to program implementation.
