Terms & Conditions:

This program is only available to selected Maybank Credit Cardholders.
Maybank XCash cash loans are available with interest rates starting from 0.40% and repayment terms of up to 36 months, as detailed below:

The minimum loan amount is IDR1,000,000, and the maximum is 50% of your available Maybank Credit Card credit limit.
Applications will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days, provided all required information has been submitted.
Applications will only be processed if your Maybank Credit Card account is in good standing (not overdue, suspended, cancelled, or in breach of the cardholder terms and conditions) and your available credit limit is sufficient.
Upon approval of your Maybank XCash application:

Funds will be transferred to your Maybank Savings or Maybank Islamic Savings (Tabungan iB) account if you have one.
If you do not have a Maybank Savings account, the funds will be credited to your Credit Card Account (CCA).
Cash withdrawals from the Credit Card Account can be made by:
1. Using your Maybank Credit Card PIN at any Maybank ATM.
2. Visiting your nearest Maybank branch with your ID card and Maybank Credit Card.

Your available credit limit will be blocked by the total financing amount (principal plus interest). Your available credit limit will gradually be restored as you make your monthly installment payments.
An IDR25,000 processing fee will be charged for each approved and disbursed Maybank XCash application and debited to your Maybank Credit Card account.
If you choose to settle your loan early, you will be charged all outstanding installments, including due installments + remaining outstanding principal + remaining future interest (if applicable) + other applicable charges, such as interest and late payment fees (if any).
Early settlement or cancellation of the installment plan before the end of the loan tenure will incur a penalty fee of IDR300,000 per transaction.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program, as well as amend, remove, or add to these terms and conditions by providing notice in accordance with applicable regulations. Updates will be announced through the Maybank Indonesia website www.maybank.co.id
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to reject any cash loan application at its sole discretion without providing reasons to the applicant.
Any matters not specified above shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions established by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk.
