• Interest starts from 0% with tenor up to 24 months.
• Submission of cash min. IDR1 million and max. 50% of the remaining credit limit of your Maybank Credit Card or IDR100 million.
• The submission process maximum time is 5 working days from the time you proposed. The application can be processed and approved if your Maybank Credit Card is in good condition (not in arrears, suspended, canceled, or violates the terms and conditions and/or the agreement of the Maybank Credit Cardholder) and the credit limit is still sufficient.
• Cash disbursement process as follows:
  1. After processing and approval, cash funds will be transferred to the Maybank account for applications via the M2U ID App and to the Maybank Credit Card (RKK) account for applications via Telemarketing and Customer Care.
  2. Your credit limit will be blocked for the total amount of cash (principal + interest) and the amount of blocked Maybank Credit Card credit limits will automatically decrease if there are monthly installment payments.
  3. Withdraw cash from your Maybank Credit Card Account (RKK) via ATM using your Maybank Credit Card PIN or visit the nearest Maybank branch with your KTP and Maybank Credit Card.
• Maybank XCash processing fee are IDR20,000/disbursement.
• If Maybank Credit Cardholder makes an accelerated payment, the total must be paid are the unbilled installment consist : billed installment amount + remaining principal amount + unbilled interest amount (if any) + other fees such as late interest and fee (if any).
• Payment or cancellation of installments before the end of the tenor will get a penalty fee of IDR300,000 per transaction.
• PT Maybank Indonesia Tbk have the rights to cancel, postpone, prolong or terminate this program before deleting or adding one of the terms and conditions with absolute decision by giving notice in accordance with applicable provisions through website at www.maybank.co.id
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to refuse installment requests with certain considerations, without having to notify the reason for the refusal to the Maybank Credit Cardholder.
• Points that’s not mentioned above will refers to the terms and conditions settled by PT Maybank Indonesia Tbk.
