We wish to inform you that, to enhance the security and convenience of transactions via M2E, there is a change regarding transaction authorization methods, with details as follows:
| Information Type | Details |
| Has not used M2E before | Effective from 7th July 2026, new users may use Secure2u as the transaction authorization method via the M2E application. |
| M2E Active Users | Effective from 7th August 2026, active users may use Secure2u via the M2E application and the hard tokens may continue to be used in accordance with applicable terms until the hard token device is no longer usable as the transaction authorization method |
Hard Token = Physical Token for Transaction Authorization
Customers must activate Secure2u to authorize transactions on the M2E Application.
