During the deactivated service period, you may contact Maybank Customer Care email at customercare@maybank.co.id

Customer can continue to use other services as follows:

  1. M2U ID App (Mobile Banking), M2U ID Web (Internet Banking), and M2E (Corporate Internet Banking) for balance query and financial transactions.
  2. More than 600 Maybank ATM that are connected to local shared networks (GPN, ATM Bersama, Prima, Alto) and international shared networks (Visa, Plus, Master Card, JCB, MEPS, APN).
