As our commitment to continuously improve the quality of service for the Customers, we hereby inform you that all banking services and transactions of Maybank KCS Surabaya will be temporarily relocated, effective Monday, 7 August 2023.

Customers can still perform banking transactions as usual at alternative Branch Office or enjoy the ease of banking transactions anytime and anywhere with:

• M2U ID Web (Internet Banking), M2U ID App (Mobile Banking), and M2E for Corporate Customers.
• More than 800 Maybank ATMs connected to local networks (ATM Bersama, PRIMA, ALTO) and international networks (Visa, Plus, Mastercard®, JCB, MEPS, APN).
