Changing your preceding Maybank ATM/Debit Cards (magnetic) is free of charge and can be performed via:

1. M2U ID App directly from the smartphone.

2. Visit the nearest Maybank branch office.

Prepare the following documents for Maybank ATM/Debit Card exchange:

• Personal identity
  - Indonesian citizen: KTP/Passport
  - Foreigner: Passport, KIMS/KITAS/KITAP
• Preceding Magnetic stripe Maybank ATM/Debit cards
