• Customers must open a Maybank Current Account/Current Account iB at the nearest Maybank branch and place a minimum deposit of IDR1 million.

• Each Customer can register and receive benefits only once during the program period.
• Complimentary business legality consultation with FlazzTax for 1 year is granted after the Customers completes payment for the FlazzTax service package purchased with a 15% discount.
• Customers can submit complaints related to this program through Maybank Customer Care available 24 hours by calling 1500611 or +6221 78869811 (from overseas) or by emailing customercare@maybank.co.id
• The FlazzTax service package is not a Bank product. For questions or complaints regarding FlazzTax services, Customers may contact FlazzTax directly.
• If a Customers participation request in the program is not approved, the customer will be notified via registered communication channels such as email, phone number, or other contact information provided during registration by the Sales Team, Maybank Business Financial Advisor (BFA), or Relationship Officer (RO).
