Terms and Conditions:

Cashback applies to all Customers who make top up Transactions
Top up applies to MyProtection Prima, MyProtection Infinite, MyProtection Supreme, and MyProtection Investa products.
Single top up and Regular top up funds come from withdrawals or deliveries 30 days ago from the same Customer, only net top ups will be counted after deducting withdrawal or surrender, and valid for the period of the program.
Cashback will be given by PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia (“Allianz”) to Policyholders after passing the validation process which will be carried out at the end of the program every month.
Especially for top up along with the review of the new policy, the validation process is carried out after passing the free look period.
Cashback top up applies per same policyholder. If there is more than 1 transaction of top up Premium from the same policy number and in the same month, it will automatically accumulate (not calculated per transaction).
Prizes will be distributed by direct transfer to the recipient of the reward according to the program provisions.
MyProtection Investa is only valid for the first year of the policy.
This program cannot be combined with other programs and all cashbacks are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
Cashback will be received by the Customer a maximum of 45 calendar days from the end of the program period.
All of the insurance products that is included in this program are not Bank products so the Bank is not responsible for any and all claims and risks associated with the management of this product portfolio.

Cashback is only vaid per Policy Holder is in the same product. If there is a policy more than 1 with the same Policy holder name in the same product, then the determination of the cashback tiering above is accumulated.
The terms and conditions of the New Policy Opening follow the Underwriting provisions (Medical and Medical Financial)
After the gift is received by the Policy Holder and in the future, for one reason or another Policy holder file complaints related to insurance policies that have been received and because of the complaint Allianz decided to return some or all of the premium that have been paid by the Policy Holder (will be checked for 2 years), then the value of the proze and associated fees will be deducted from the refunded premium ( including cashback that has been received by customers during the program period). This matter also applied to Policy Cancellation by Allianz due to non-disclosure.
