Coverage applies to individual insureds.
Maximum travel coverage duration 6 calendar days.
The policy issuance request must be submitted no later than 2 days before the departure date.
The policy issuance request to Etiqa is processed on business days (weekdays) from 08:00 – 16:00 WIB.
If the request is submitted on a public holiday or outside operational hours, it will be processed by Etiqa on the next business day.
