Maybank Privilege customers may enjoy the eTiQa Travel 360 Insurance benefit by maintaining a minimum total Asset Under Management (AUM) balance of IDR100 million for three consecutive months.

Eligible for Maybank Privilege customers who maintain an average Asset Under Management (AUM) balance of at least IDR100 million for three consecutive months.
Customers must hold a Maybank Privilege Debit Card.
Travel protection coverage is valid for trips ranging from 1 to 6 calendar days.
How to Redeem eTiQa 360 Travel Insurance Benefits
1.Contact your Personal Financial Advisor (PFA) to make a reservation at least 5 days prior to your planned departure date.
2.The PFA will verify the customer's eligibility. If the customer meets the eligible requirements, the PFA will provide a unique redemption code.
3.The customer may then access the eTiQa website and submit the policy application using the unique code provided by the PFA. For guidance on policy application, please Click here
The policy provides coverage for an individual traveller only.
The coverage applies to International Travel Insurance – Asia Zone 2 (Classic Type).
Customers are entitled to redeem the eTiQa 360 Travel Insurance benefit once within the same calendar year.
The policy application and issuance process must be completed by the eligible customer through the eTiQa website, which is available daily. The policy must be successfully issued prior to the commencement of the customer's trip.
