• Premier Customers are entitled to enjoy the Airport Pick-Up service under the following conditions:

• This service is available for arrivals at the following three (3) airports:     
  • Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) – Jakarta
  • Juanda International Airport – Surabaya
  • Kualanamu International Airport – Medan
• Booking and Confirmation Process  
  • Customers must place a booking through their Relationship Manager (RM).
  • The service is valid only after the customer has received an official confirmation from the Relationship Manager (RM).
  • Each booking confirmation is valid for one vehicle per booking.
• Voucher and Booking Code Redemption 
  • Upon receiving confirmation from the Relationship Manager (RM), customers must contact the official vendor to redeem their voucher code into a booking code.
  • The booking code serves as the official proof to access the service at the location.
• On-Site Procedure 
  • Upon arrival at any of the three (3) airports mentioned above, customers must visit the designated vendor counter.
  • Customers are required to present their booking code and Maybank Premier Debit / World Debit Premier Card for identity verification and service validation.
• Drop-Off Zone  
  • Customers are not permitted to change the designated drop-off zone once it has been confirmed during the booking process with their Relationship Manager.
• Service Quota and Availability 
  • The Airport Pick-Up service quota may be subject to change at any time.
  • Any updates will be communicated through Maybank’s official website.
• Quota Validity  
  • If the service quota is not utilized within one (1) year, it will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward to the following year.

Airport Handling Services

1. Meeting Point (After Immigration)
   After clearing immigration, the Airport Handling staff will meet you at the designated meeting point and guide you to the baggage claim area.
2. Baggage Claim
   The staff will assist in collecting your baggage and ensure your belongings are safe. 
3. Transportation (Pick-Up Point)
   After collecting your baggage, the staff will escort you to the vehicle pick-up point, ensuring a comfortable and seamless continuation of your journey.

• The Airport Lounge service is exclusively available for Maybank Premier / World Premier Debit Cardholders.
• A fee of Rp100 will be charged from your Maybank Premier Savings account upon entering the lounge.
• The quotas shown in the table above are subject to change at any time and updates will be provided on Maybank’s official website. For the latest Airport Lounge service terms, please contact your Relationship Manager (RM).
• Any unused Airport Lounge quota within a one (1) year period will expire and cannot be carried forward to the following year.
• If lounge usage exceeds the allocated quota or does not meet the applicable terms, the customer will be charged according to the per-visit fee of each Airport Lounge used. Fees will be deducted from your Maybank Premier Savings account and reflected in your statement within two (2) months.
