Maybank Indonesia comes with an innovation through a new concept of branch that provides a simple, faster and convenience for our customer. This concept of branch service feature will present self-service terminal that employs a range of digital devices:
Teller cash recycler (TCR) machine
Serving large cash deposits and withdrawals that can be done by yourself at the Maybank Branch Office where the service is integrated with QR on the Customer's M2U ID App.

Self-service filling in e-form for financial and non-financial transaction in the selected Maybank branches.

Activation of a new account takes only 5 minutes
Do you feel more comfortable to do account opening or upgrade new account at Maybank branch? Besides contacting Maybank Customer Care and making video calls, you can upgrade your new account at branches, without the need to queue at Customer Service. Simply show the QR that you received when filling in the data of a prospective Customer via M2U ID App, and prepare your e-KTP and fingerprint for verification.
Instant replacement / addition of debit / ATM cards
Simply download M2U ID and submit your replacement requests and card additions. You can choose a new card that can be sent to your home or at the selected Maybank branch.
Self-updating of personal data
No need to go to the branch. Simply download M2U ID, data changes will be processed automatically after successful online verification.
Paperless and signatureless
Do you feel more convenient to the branch when making large transfer / remittance transactions? Just fill in your transaction via M2U or tablet to get QR, and prepare your ATM card. No need to wait long because by showing the QR, your transaction can be processed immediately by the Teller.
Self-service cash withdrawals and deposits in large amounts
Queue free at Teller for transactions up to IDR100 million.
