On the account dashboard, swipe left to the credit card dashboard, and Select the credit card you want to request for card replacement

*Credit Card Replacement can also be accessed via the burger menu and select card management

Then click “Others”

Select “Lost Card Replacement”

Check the information of card number & card delivery address. Then click "CONFIRM"

*Card replacement fee is IDR 100
