Login to M2U ID App

On the main page click the yellow “+” button

Select Credit Card

Swipe to the left to select the credit card you want to apply for, then click "Continue"

Take a photo of your e-KTP as a requirement for opening a credit card 

(it applies if your e-KTP has not been saved on M2U)

Select "Yes" if you have an active credit card or loan at another bank or "No" if you do not have an active credit card or loan at another bank

If you do not have an active credit card or loan at another bank, you will be asked to do so Upload supporting documents such as salary slip, bank statements for the last 3 months or Tax notification letter (SPT)

Select your Job Information and click "Continue"

If the previously selected Job type is other than Housewife, Pensionary, and Student, then you need to complete the Additional Job Information, then click “Continue”

Select Type of Auto Debit Payment (Full Amount or Minimum Amount) and Select the account number that will be used for automatic credit card payments, then click ”Continue”

Input referral code/promo code (optional), click "Continue"

Check the application detail information, if they are correct, click "Confirm" to continue

Read and agree to the terms and conditions, click "Continue"
