For transaction convenience, ensure you use only one mobile phone to access the M2U ID App. You can manage which device to use, as preferred, directly from the application.

Also, make sure you have activated the Secure2u passcode on the device you’re using.

Follow these steps to manage devices accessing M2U ID App.

Login to M2U ID App

Click on the menu at the top left corner

Click the Settings button

Select the ”My Devices” menu

Check the devices connected to your M2U ID App. Select one device as preferred, and unlink other devices.

Swipe left on the device that you want to unlink, then click “Yes”
