What is Secure2u M2E?

Secure2u M2E is a digital financial transaction authorization feature for corporate Customers that offers convenience and prioritizes security. It is equipped with an automatic transaction authorization process using a unique One-Time Password (OTP) code, allowing you to approve business transactions directly through the M2E application and available on the Play Store or App Store.

Secure2u Activation

When Customer logs in for the first time via M2E website, an information pop up will appear to activate secure2u via M2E Mobile App

Download M2E Mobile App

Log in with your Corporate ID, user ID, and password sent to your registered email. Then, check the M2E Terms & Conditions box

Note: You can only register one user ID per device

Enter the OTP (One Time Password) code sent to your registered mobile number, for login authentication and Secure2u activation

Create and confirm your new password to login to the M2E

Create your 6-digit PIN

Set up Biometric ID

Enter your profile name to complete the Secure2u activation process

Profil created, to log in and approve transactions on M2E Web, you must approve the push notification sent to your registered device

Transaction Approval

1. Single Transaction Approval with Secure2u

After completing the transaction, log in to the M2E application using Face ID/Touch ID

Customers can click the “View” button to see the transaction that will be approved

Customers can approve the transaction from the listing page or from the transaction details page by clicking the right arrow icon

Click the “Approve” button to proceed with the transaction

Customers enter the 6-digit PIN, then complete the biometric verification used to approve the transaction

2. Multiple Transaction Approval with Secure2u

After completing the transaction, log in to the M2E application using Face ID/Touch ID

Customers can click the “View” button to see the transaction that will be approved

Customers can select which transaction they want to approve by checking more than one transaction

Click the “Approve” button to proceed with the transaction.

Customers enter the 6-digit PIN, then complete the biometric verification used to approve the transaction.

3. Approval Return Transaction

After completing the transaction, log in to the M2E application using Face ID/Touch ID.

Customers can click the “View” button to see the transaction that will be returned.

Customers can select which transaction they want to return by checking more than one transaction, then click the “Return” button.

4. Approval Reject Transaction

After completing the transaction, log in to the M2E application using Face ID/Touch ID.

Customers can click the “View” button to see the transaction that will be rejected.

Customers can select which transaction they want to reject by checking more than one transaction, then click the “Reject” button.

Customers enter the reason why the transaction is rejected.
