1. Transaction anywhere with Maybank JCB Credit Card within the first 3 (three) months since card approval.
2. Transactions that count are offline or online retail shopping transactions, both at home and abroad.
3. Not valid for Maybank X-Cash, Maybank X-Bill, Maybank XPJC, Balance Conversion, and cash withdrawal at ATM machines.
4. Welcome bonus is only valid for Maybank Major Credit Card that has been issued for the first time. Not valid for other types of Maybank Credit Cards from existing (add on), renewal, replacement and supplement cards.
5. At the time of welcome bonus, Maybank Credit Card must be in active condition, not blocked, not over limit and no late payment.

Any complaints related to Maybank Credit Cards may be submitted through Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +6221 78869811 (from overseas), or via email to customercare@maybank.co.id no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the end of the Program Period. Maybank reserves the right to reject any complaints submitted beyond this period.
