Terms and conditions:

• 0% installment plans are available with tenors of 3, 6, 12, 24, and 36 months.
• The deadline to convert a transaction into installments is no later than 7 (seven) days before the Maybank Credit Card billing due date.
• Transactions eligible for conversion into installments are those made within 26 (twenty-six) days from the transaction date. Conversion requests submitted after 26 days from the transaction date will not be processed.
• At the time of converting a transaction into installments, your Maybank Credit Card must be active, not blocked, not exceeding the permanent credit limit, and free from any overdue payments.
• Your Maybank Credit Card credit limit will be blocked in the amount of the principal transaction value, including interest, and the available credit limit will automatically increase according to the monthly installment payments made.
• Transactions that have been converted into installments through one (1) channel cannot be reconverted through another channel.
• Installment cancellation is only applicable for transactions with a full refund and does not apply to partial refunds.
• If a Maybank Credit Cardholder settles the installment in full before the end of the installment tenor, an early settlement fee of IDR 300,000 will be charged.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program at any time; as well as to remove or add any terms and conditions at its sole discretion, with prior notice in accordance with applicable regulations, which will be communicated via www.maybank.co.id
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to reject installment requests based on certain considerations, without the obligation to disclose the reasons for rejection to the Maybank Credit Cardholder.
• Matters not specified above shall refer to the respective program terms and conditions as determined by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk.
