Legal Basis of Appointment

Dato’ Sri Khairussaleh Ramli who currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”), was appointed as Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on April 17, 2026, for term of office effective from the closing of the AGMS and upon obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) for the appointment of Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid as President Commissioner of the Company, until the closing of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2029.

*) Pending approval from the Financial Services Authority for the appointment of Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid as President Commissioner of the Company, Dato’ Sri Khairussaleh Ramli shall continue to serve as President Commissioner of the Company. In the event that such appointment is not approved by the Financial Services Authority, Dato’ Sri Khairussaleh Ramli shall remain as President Commissioner of the Company, with a term of office in accordance with his appointment as Commissioner of the Company, namely until the closing of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2029.
