Legal Basis of Appointment

Dato’ Sri Khairussaleh Ramli currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (the Company) based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting Shareholders (AGMS) on March 25, 2022 and has effectively served since October 4, 2022. He was reappointed as President Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution of the AGMS held on April 11, 2025.

Based on the resolution of the AGMS on April 17, 2026, he was appointed as Commissioner of the Company with term of office from the closing of the AGMS on April 17, 2026 and upon obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) for the appointment of Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid as President Commissioner of the Company, until the closing of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2029.

Until approval from OJK for the appointment of Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid as President Commissioner of the Company is obtained, Dato’ Sri Khairussaleh Ramli shall continue to serve as President Commissioner of the Company.
