Appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on September 27, 2024 and has obtained approval of Fit and Proper Test from the Financial Service Authority (OJK), with effective date January 3, 2025 with term of office until the closing of the Company’s AGMS in 2027.
