KrisFlyer is the loyalty program of Singapore Airlines, where members can earn and redeem miles for flight tickets, cabin upgrades, and a wide range of other exclusive privileges.

- Customers may visit the nearest Maybank branch to participate in this program.

- Maybank U/U iB Savings Account
- Maybank Regular/Regular iB Savings Account (excluding Maybank Savings iB with Wadiah contract)
- Maybank MAKSI/MAKSI iB Savings Account
- Maybank Woman One/Woman One iB Savings Account
- Maybank MyArafah Savings Account
- Maybank Payroll iB Savings Account
- Maybank Payroll One iB Savings Account
- Maybank SuperKidz/SuperKidz iB Savings Account (maximum tenor of 12 months)
- The program is not applicable to joint accounts (OR/AND/QQ) and Maybank/Maybank Group employee payroll accounts.
- Customers participating in the program must already be registered as active KrisFlyer members.
- The KrisFlyer membership must be under the same name as the participating customer (name must match). Registration under a different name is not permitted.
- If, during the KrisFlyer miles top-up process, the customer is not yet an active KrisFlyer member, provides an incorrect membership number, or has not informed the Bank of their KrisFlyer membership number, then the reward will be converted into a cash reward based on the applicable scheme. The cash reward will be credited to the account used for participation in the program. Example: A customer successfully places funds on 5 January 2026. If by the 4th week of the following month (no later than 27 February 2026) the customer has not fulfilled the requirements above, the reward will be given in the form of a cash reward.
- KrisFlyer miles or cash rewards will be credited no later than the 4th week of the following month after the customer is confirmed to have successfully participated in the program, in accordance with the applicable reward scheme.

- Customers may participate in this program more than once during the program period.
- Reward options under this program are subject to the terms and conditions set by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk.
- Funds must be fresh funds, defined as cash deposits originating from incoming transfers from other banks and not transfers between accounts within Maybank.
- There must be an increase in funds to be blocked in the customer’s savings and deposit portfolio at the time of blocking, compared to the reference date (last working day of the month prior to the blocking date).
- Customers will continue to earn interest/profit-sharing in accordance with the applicable terms.
- Customers will be subject to program penalties/administrative fees in accordance with the selected program scheme if they unblock funds and/or close the account before maturity for any reason, including in the event of the customer’s passing.
- Rewards are provided on a net basis, after deduction of applicable tax (20%).
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate the program at any time; and to modify, remove, or add any terms and conditions at its sole discretion, with prior notice in accordance with applicable regulations.
