Terms & Conditions :

• Applicable to Customers who have not previously registered for or conducted any transactions via M2E Trade.
• Applicable to the first 150 Customers who successfully register and complete first transaction via M2E Trade in same month in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
• The program is valid for your first trade finance transaction via M2E Trade during the program period. Shariah services are also available. 
  1. Cash Loan: Trust Receipt, Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment Financing, Usance Payable at Sight/Usance Payable at Usance, Invoice Financing.
  2. Non-Cash Loan: Bank Guarantee, Import & Export Letter of Credit (L/C), Domestic Documentary Credit (SKBDN), Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), Demand Guarantee, and other trade finance services.
• Customers who only make inquiries, such as viewing outstanding trade transactions, are not eligible for this program.
• Each Customer is eligible to receive only one (1) voucher during the promotion period.
• The voucher will be delivered to the Customer's registered address in the Maybank system no later than three (3) weeks in the month following the end of the promotion.
• Any taxes arising from the prize will be borne by Maybank.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program at any time, and to amend, remove, or add to these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion by providing notice in accordance with applicable regulations. Any changes will be announced at www.maybank.co.id
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer who is proven or suspected of committing fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in any other intentional manipulation in connection with this program.
