Terms and conditions
- This program is available to personal and corporate Customers, subject to the following conditions:
- Customers who have not held any Mutual Fund products (excluding Money Market Mutual Funds holdings) or Government Bonds (SBN), or
Customers who currently hold Mutual Fund or Government Bond (SBN) products but have not made any purchase/subscription or switching transactions within the past six (6) months. - Customers must hold an active Maybank Savings Account/Maybank iB Savings Account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). An account is defined as active if there has been any deposit, withdrawal, or balance inquiry activity within the past 12 months.
- This program is not applicable to joint accounts (OR/AND/QQ).
- The Program applies to Mutual Fund/Government Bond (SBN) transactions with a minimum fee/spread (gross) of 1% of the transaction value, in accordance with the applicable provisions.
- Minimum transaction amount per product category is IDR50 million.
- This program applies to cumulative transaction of the same product category conducted within the same calendar month, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Transaction amount from different product categories (Mutual Fund and SBN) cannot be combined.
- Cashback rewards of up to 0.20% apply under the following conditions:

- If a customer invests in the same product across different months, they will only be eligible to receive cashback once during the program period. Cashback will be calculated based on the first transaction month.

- The program is applicable to Mutual Fund/SBN transactions with a minimum fee/spread (gross) of 1% of the transaction value, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this program.
- For investments in Mutual Funds or SBN denominated in foreign currency (USD), cashback will be credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) based on the exchange rate applied in the Maybank Indonesia system at the time of the transaction. Cashback will be credited to the Maybank Savings Account/Maybank IB Savings Account used as the transaction funding source, no later than 45 business days after the customer completes the transaction and meets all applicable program terms and conditions.
- Cashback will only be granted if the account used for the program is active. If the account is inactive, dormant, or closed, cashback will not be awarded.
- To participate in this program, start investing in Mutual Funds or secondary market SBN with Maybank and register by contacting your Relationship Manager.
