Info on Maybank Savings/iB Savings Account
Maintain your monthly average daily balance and perform the required transactions for 3 consecutive months from the date the account is opened.
A minimum of 3 financial transactions per month via M2U ID App using the Maybank Savings/iB Savings Account is required for 3 consecutive months.
Terms and Conditions
- This program is valid for individuals who are not yet Maybank Customers or who do not own any product available at Maybank Indonesia.
- Customers may enter only one promo code, either in the promo code field or in the promo code field. If different codes are entered in both fields, the Customer will be deemed ineligible to participate in the program.
- Customers are required to place funds and maintain the monthly average daily balance for three (3) consecutive months from the account opening date, with the following provisions:

- The value of the e-voucher reward is determined based on the average daily balance in the first month and will apply for the following months.
Illustration Examples:
- Customer A opens a Maybank Savings / iB Savings via the M2U ID App on 23 June 2026. By the end of June 2026, the Customer maintains an average daily balance of IDR10 million and completes 3 transactions via the M2U ID App. The Customer receives an e-voucher reward of IDR100,000 at the end of July.
If Customer A consistently maintains the same average daily balance and completes at least 3 transactions in July and August 2026, the Customer will receive IDR100,000 at the end of August and IDR100,000 at the end of September, resulting in a total reward of IDR300,000 over three months. - Customer B opens a Maybank Savings / iB Savings on 23 June 2026 and maintains the highest average daily balance for the month with a minimum of IDR20 million, along with 3 transactions. The Customer receives an e-voucher reward of IDR300,000 at the end of July.
If Customer B continues to maintain the highest average daily balance with a minimum of IDR20 million and completes at least 3 transactions in July and August 2026, the Customer will receive IDR300,000 each month, totaling IDR900,000 over three months. - Customer C opens a Maybank Savings / iB Savings on 23 June 2026, maintains an average daily balance of IDR10 million, and completes 3 transactions in June. The Customer receives an e-voucher reward of IDR100,000 at the end of July.
If in July and August 2026 Customer C increases the average daily balance above IDR10 million and completes at least 3 transactions, the Customer will still receive IDR100,000 per month, as the reward value is determined based on the first month’s average daily balance.
- Customer A opens a Maybank Savings / iB Savings via the M2U ID App on 23 June 2026. By the end of June 2026, the Customer maintains an average daily balance of IDR10 million and completes 3 transactions via the M2U ID App. The Customer receives an e-voucher reward of IDR100,000 at the end of July.
- All eligible balances and transactions must use the same Maybank U/U iB Saving Account opened during the program period.
- Program quota is allocated based on Customers who complete the account opening earliest and who meet all applicable program terms and conditions.
- The IDR900,000 UniPin e-voucher is awarded to the Customer with the highest average daily balance, with a minimum of IDR20 million, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
- UniPin e-vouchers will be sent to the Customer’s registered email address in Maybank’s system. Please ensure the email address is valid and active. Re-sending vouchers due to email changes is not permitted.
- UniPin e-vouchers will be delivered for three consecutive months on the last business day of each subsequent month following the account opening month, provided that the Customer maintains the required average daily balance in accordance with the program’s terms and conditions.
- If the quota for a customer’s average balance tier has been exhausted, and there is still available quota in one tier below (with a lower average balance requirement), the customer will receive the reward corresponding to that lower tier.
- A balance of IDR50,000 in Maybank Savings/iB Savings Account will remain as a hold balance.
- This program cannot be combined with other Maybank Savings/iB Savings Account opening programs.
- This program is not applicable to Maybank employees.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
- All decisions made by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (“Maybank Indonesia”) are final and binding.
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program; vary, remove, or add any terms and conditions at its sole discretion by providing notification according to applicable regulations and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right, at its own discretion, to disqualify any Customer proven or suspected of committing fraud, violating applicable laws, and/or intentionally manipulating the program in connection with its implementation.
