Terms & conditions:

• This promotion is applicable to MRT Jakarta fare payments made using a Maybank Visa Credit Card with a contactless logo by tapping the same card at both the entry and exit gates.
• The 50% cashback is calculated based on the total accumulated MRT Jakarta journey transactions made using the eligible Maybank Visa Contactless Credit Card per day during the promotion period.
• The cashback will be credited to the Maybank Visa Contactless Credit Card used for the transaction within 14 business days from the transaction date.
• At the time of the tap payment, the card used must be active, not blocked, must not have exceeded its credit limit, and must not have any overdue payment.
• Any complaints related to the Maybank Credit Card may be submitted to Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +6221 78869811 (from overseas), or via email at customercare@maybank.co.id, no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the promotion period ends. Maybank reserves the right to reject any complaint submitted after the specified period.
