1. Patients are required to submit their latest medical reports via email to ihh.my.mbbsupport@ihhhealthcare.com
2. The hospital will provide a proposed treatment plan, estimated costs, and estimated length of stay within 48 hours of receiving the medical reports.
2. Transportation is available from KLIA1/2 Airport, Penang International Airport, Senai International Airport, or Kota Kinabalu International Airport to the hospital, or between the hotel and hospital, for inpatients and vice versa. Requests must be submitted via email to the IHH Contact Centre at least three (3) days in advance.
3. Concierge Services/International Patient Centre (IPC)/Main Lounge Access, including:
1. Hotel and transportation arrangements
2. Interpreter services (Indonesian, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, Khmer, and Arabic)
