• Please ensure that you are an ION+ Rewards member, as rewards will only be awarded to members. If you are not yet a member, you may register at the ION Orchard Concierge Counters located on Basement 1 (B1) and Level 4 by presenting your passport.
• How to Redeem Rewards of Up to 1,250 ION+ Points:
  1. After making a qualifying transaction in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, Maybank Debit/Credit Cardholders may redeem their reward on the same day as the transaction date at the ION Orchard Concierge Counters located on B1 and Level 4, between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM Singapore Time, by presenting:
     1. Maybank Debit/Credit Card.
     2. Transaction slip showing payment made with the Maybank Debit/Credit Card.
     3. Original purchase receipt(s).
     4. Valid identification document.
• Promo is valid to one redemption per Maybank Debit/Credit Cardholder per day.
• ION+ Points Terms:
  1. ION+ Points can be redeemed at participating Easy Earn merchants within ION Orchard through the ION Orchard mobile app. The list of participating merchants is available in the app.
  2. ION+ Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, loyalty programs, or vouchers.
