• For customers residing outside Malaysia, transportation services between the airport/hotel or the hospital are available from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM (Malaysia time), as follows:
1. Round-trip transportation from the airport (KLIA1 or KLIA2) to the hospital, or from the hotel to the hospital and vice versa, for inpatient patients.
2. One-way transportation from the airport (KLIA1 or KLIA2) to the hospital, or from the hotel to the hospital, for day-care/outpatient patients. Requests must be made via email to the Sunway Medical Centre Sunway City Wellness Centre (SMCWC) at smcwc@sunway.com.my or by calling +603-7491 1198/1302 at least three (3) days in advance.
• To make a reservation, send an email to the Sunway Medical Centre Sunway City Wellness Centre (SMCWC) at smcwc@sunway.com.my  with the subject line “Maybank Wellness Program”, or call +603-7491 1198/1302.
  1. Schedule an appointment with the Wellness Centre/International Patient Centre.
  2. Maybank Credit Cardholders must present their Maybank Credit Card during registration at the SMCWC Health Screening Centre counter.
