How to use the Lab Test promo code

1. Open the U by Prodia app, then select the Lab Test menu.
2. Type the type of lab test or panel in the lab test search field. For example: Fasting Glucose or Winhealth Plus Panel.
3. Then, select and press the Cart button at the bottom.
4. Select the cart icon in the upper right corner, then press the Make Appointment button.
5. You will then be given two service options: visit a branch or home service.
6. Select your test schedule, then choose one of the available Prodia clinical lab branches and fill in the test time.
7. Enter the promo code in the field provided.
8. Finally, press the pay now button.
9. Pay using a Maybank Credit/Debit Card.
10. Once the lab test order is complete, you will receive a confirmation via app notification and email.

How to use the Met-U promo code

1. Open and log in to the U by Prodia app, then click Met-U on the Home page.
2. Complete your health profile, including personal medical history, body mass index, waist circumference, and blood pressure.
3. Perform an initial screening test to determine the user's metabolic health stage. A minimum of six tests will be required, including HbA1c, fasting blood sugar, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, Albumin-Creatinin Ratio (uACR), and eGFR (Creatinine).
4. After selecting a test, the user will be redirected to the cart page.
5. Enter the promo code MAYBANKMETU15 in the provided field.
6. Press the Make an appointment button.
7. You will then be given two service options: visit a branch or home service.
8. Select your examination schedule, then choose one of the available Prodia clinical lab branches and enter the examination date.
9. Finally, press the Pay Now button.
10. Pay using a Maybank Credit/Debit Card.
11. Once the lab test order is complete, you will receive confirmation via app notification and email.
12. Have your blood drawn as scheduled. Once the lab results are available, return to the Met-U page.
13. Continue the process by clicking the View Stage & Dashboard button.
14. Users can then access the Met-U features, which include determining the stage of metabolic disorders and logging food intake, blood pressure, sugar, body mass index (BMI), and daily medications and vitamins, making it easier for users to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

How to use the Health Plan code

1. Open and log in to the U by Prodia app, then click Health Plan at the bottom.
2. Find the Quick Simple Meal Plan 4 Weeks Health Plan.
3. Click View Details and read all the information related to the plan.
4. If you haven't completed your health profile, please complete it and repeat the previous steps.
5. Click Buy Plan.
6. Enter the promo code MAYBANKQS15 in the field provided.
7. Press the Select Payment button.
8. Read and agree to the terms and conditions that appear.
9. Select payment with Maybank Credit/Debit Card.
10. Once the order process is complete, you will receive confirmation via app notification and email.
11. Complete the preliminary assessment.
12. The program will be activated within 24 hours by the Personal Trainer after completing the assessment.
