For the security of transactions using your Maybank Credit Card, always use 6 digit PIN.

Important information

In accordance with the provisions of SE BI No. 14/17 / DASP regarding the use of 6 digit PIN, please always use it when you do transaction with Maybank Credit Cards at merchants (using EDC machines) in the territory of Indonesia.

To get / have a PIN Maybank Credit Card, please do one of the following:

1. Contact Customer Care at 69811 via cellphone or
2. Send an email to customercare@maybank.co.id by informing:

• Subject email: PIN
• Name:
• No. Maybank Credit Card:

•  PIN Maybank Credit Cards that have been received can be directly used. If you want to change your PIN Maybank Credit Card, it can be done through the nearest Maybank ATM. For guidance of changing PIN Maybank Credit Card, simply click here
• The delivery of your PIN Maybank Credit Card can be done via SMS, email, or sent to the address of your billing statement.
• If there is a change in your personal information, immediately make changes to the data.
