Ensure your mobile phone number has been updated in the Maybank’s data/ system. If there’s changes, update your data at the soonest with :

• Call Maybank Customer Care at 1500611.
• Send email ke customercare@maybank.co.id
• Visit the nearest Maybank branches
• M2U ID App especially for Maybank / Maybank iB Savings Account Customers.

Update your mobile phone number is important. Approval/authorization of online shopping transactions is carried out with the password (OTP = One Time Password) sent to the mobile phone number of Cardholders.

For your convenient and security :

1. Keep your banking information such as One Time Password (OTP), Transaction Authorization Code (TAC), Passcode Secure2u, PIN, CVV (3 digit number behind your Maybank Credit Card or Debit Card), User ID and password to anyone, including Bank’s employee.
2. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone in Maybank’s data / system. If there’s changes, update your data at the soonest thru Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or M2U ID App.
3. Ensure your Maybank Credit Card or Debit Card is with you. Do not give your Maybank Credit Card or Debit Card to anyone for any reasons. If there’s card changes or close, cut the card on the chip.
4. Do not believe easily while get confirmation through phone, SMS or WA in the name of Maybank. Maybank Customer Care phone number 1500611 is only used for answering Customer calls.
