• The program applies to Corporate Customers who make at least 4 financial transactions on M2E and maintain an average balance in their Maybank Giro/Giro iB account or utilize their loan/financing limit at Maybank during the program period.For those who have not yet become a Maybank company Customer, they must open a Maybank Giro/Giro iB and activate and transact with M2E during the program period.

• Details of the types of transactions on M2E that are eligible for monthly cashback:

• The average balance amount or the utilization of the company's credit limit will be adjusted according to Customer criteria. For further information, please contact your Business Financial Advisor (BFA) or Relationship Manager (RM).
• The calculated average balance is the average balance of all Maybank Giro accounts owned by the Customer (if the Customer has more than one Maybank Giro account).
• Ensure your Maybank Giro account status is active; transaction fee cashback will be credited to your Maybank Giro account no later than the end of the following month.
• Transaction fee cashback will be provided in Indonesian Rupiah to the Customer's Maybank Rupiah Giro account. If the Customer does not have a Maybank Rupiah Giro account during the cashback crediting process, they will not be eligible for cashback.
• If the Customer has more than 1 Maybank Rupiah Giro account, cashback will be credited to the Customer's Maybank Rupiah Giro account used during the transaction.
• The decision of customers eligible for cashback has been determined by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk absolutely and cannot be contested.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program in advance; vary, delete, or add any terms and conditions with absolute discretion and will be informed through www.maybank.co.id.
• Maybank reserves the right, based on its own considerations, to disqualify Customers who are proven or suspected of committing fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in other deliberate manipulations in connection with the program implementation.
