Dear Valued Maybank Credit Cardholder,

Thank you for your continued trust in using Maybank Credit Card for your financial transactions.

Due to the expiry of the partnership between PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk and PT Prudential Life Assurance in providing the Maybank Credit Shield, we would like to inform you that the insurance protection, Maybank Credit Shield by Prudential attached to your Maybank Credit Card will be discontinued, effective 4^th November 2026.

Accordingly, the following terms will apply effective from the above date:

1. Premium Charges
   The Credit Shield premium from Prudential, amounting to 0.55% of the total monthly bill, will last be debited from your Maybank Credit Card in October 2026.
2. Insurance Benefits
   Insurance benefits for the September bill may still be submitted and processed in accordance with the applicable policy terms and conditions until 30 November 2026.
3. Your Maybank Credit Card Remains Active
   The discontinuation of the Maybank Credit Shield by Prudential facility will not affect the status or functionality of your Maybank Credit Card. You may continue using your card for transactions as usual.
4. Alternative Credit Shield Protection
   If you wish to continue enjoying Credit Shield protection, you may apply for the Maybank Credit Shield provided by Allianz through Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +62 21 78869811 (from overseas), or email customercare@maybank.co.id
